International Conference on VLSI, Microwave and Wireless Technologies (ICVMWT 2024) will be organized by Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT), Gorakhpur in collaboration with Electronics and communication department, at MMMUT Gorakhpur (UP), India.

It is planned to publish the peer reviewed and selected papers of conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious “Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering” series [ For more Click Here ]. Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.

  • All submissions must be in English only.
  • Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit papers electronically to ICVMWT 2024 through Microsoft CMT. For submission of paper, at least one of the Authors of the paper should be a registered user of Microsoft CMT. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Microsoft CMT.
  • Review process for this conference is DOUBLE BLINDED, which means Authors and Reviewers are restricted from seeing each other's identity. Therefore, the Authors are instructed not to mention the name & affiliation in the manuscript anywhere being submitted for review. Author's name & affiliation details may be included at the time of CAMERA READY Manuscript submission after paper acceptance.
  • The authors are advised to select only one (i.e. the most suitable) track out of 4 mentioned tracks in submission page for their submission at the time of submitting the manuscript through Microsoft CMT.
  • All papers submitted to ICVMWT 2024 will be checked for plagiarism according to Springer guideline. If found free of plagiarism, it will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on NOVELTY, Presentation, Correctness and Relevance to the conference. In case of the minor plagiarism, the authors will be asked to rewrite the paper. In other cases, the paper will be immediately rejected.
  • The acceptance of papers along with referees’ comment will be communicated to authors by email. Authors are required to incorporate the comments received in the CAMERA-READY PAPER before final submission.
SPRINGER POLICIES

Springer Proceedings

  1. All registered and presented papers/review articles shall be submitted to SPRINGER for their possible publication in a Conference Proceedings format (online). However the right to accept and subsequent publication of each will be with Springer, that will be decided on the basis of the quality, novelty of work and the originality of the text, the manuscript will represent.
  2. In case, any registered paper/article is rejected by the Springer for its publication with their conference proceeding due to any reason (mentioned at point number-01), the sole responsibility shall lies with authors of that article. As we clearly stated on the first and home pages, that Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.
  3. Therefore authors are expected to avoid to use similarity text (copy and paste from other published works), should adhere to original work maintaining technical and result description qualities. Also authors will not allow to make changes in the choice of publication category (I or II) once registered and pay the fee as per category wise. Paper/article length is limited upto 06 pages only. Extra pages are to be avoided, if neccessry, author can place a request in adavnce with payment of separate fee (page-wise) as mentined in the registration link.
  4. Springer proceedings shall available online only, hard-copy may be requested directly with the SPRINGER on payment as per their rates, once available after online publication.
  5. The organizers will have not have any responsibility for any of registered/presented papers, if not accepted/approved by the Springer for publication in their conference proceeding.
