SUBMISSION PREPERATION CHECKLIST:

• Requirement for new paper submissions 1: The authors must carefully check the originality of the submission. Authors MUST check the paper's Similarity Index/Originality Report (by TURNITIN). Similarity Index of submissions to IEJ should ideally be at 12% or below.

• Requirement for new paper submissions 2: The submission/manuscript has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

• Requirement for new paper submissions 3: The submission file should be in MS Word format NOT in Adobe Acrobat document (pdf file) format. This is to make sure that blind review can be followed. Make sure to FOLLOW the instructions stated in the Author's Guidelines. Use the style guide as a template for your manuscript.

  Make sure that file size is 1.5 MB MAXIMUM, otherwise the system will be unable to upload the file.

• Requirement for new paper submissions 4: All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://www.ait.ac.th) are activated and ready to click.

• Requirement for new paper submissions 5: The text is multi-spaced at 1.05; uses a 10-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate locations, and at the end.

• Requirement for new paper submissions 6: The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.

• Requirement for new paper submissions 7: If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

• Requirement for new paper submissions 8: English grammar and typographical errors were carefully checked.

• Requirement for new paper submissions 9: Make sure to provide a short description of each of the authors involved in the paper. Each should be about 100-150 words containing affiliations, research activities, expertise, publications, etc. These should be combined and provided in one separate MSWord file and uploaded as a supplementary file.

• Requirement for new paper submissions 10: A completely filled-up Suggested Reviewers Form (powered by Google Forms). CLICK from the LINK above. Please note that this is STRONGLY REQUIRED. Please inform the email address used in filling-up the Google Form. 

• Requirement for new paper submissions 11: The authors agree to the JOURNAL PUBLICATION POLICY.Only accepted and paid papers will be published. The corresponding author must indicate his/her agreement to the new policy before the paper can proceed to the review process.
