How to Submit

Prepare Your Manuscript

Papers must be prepared in the IEEE double-column conference format. Use the official IEEE conference paper template available on the IEEE website. Papers should be a maximum of 6 pages including references, figures, and tables.

Create a Microsoft CMT Account

Register at Microsoft CMT Portal. If you already have an account, simply log in. CMT is the official submission management platform for GTSS 2027.

Submit Your Paper

Navigate to the GTSS 2027 submission portal at cmt3.research.microsoft.com/GTSS2027. Create a new submission, select the appropriate track, fill in the title, abstract, and keywords, then upload your PDF manuscript.

Double-Blind Peer Review

All submitted papers undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process by members of the Technical Program Committee. Authors will be notified of the review decision by 04 December, 2026.

Camera Ready Submission

Accepted papers must be revised according to reviewer comments and submitted as camera-ready by 21 February, 2027. All authors on accepted papers must register for the conference. At least one author must present the paper.

Author Guidelines

Papers must be in IEEE conference format (two-column, Letter/A4 size)
Maximum paper length: 6 pages (including references)
Papers must be written in English
Submitted papers must be original and unpublished work not under review elsewhere
All submissions must comply with IEEE plagiarism policies
At least one author of every accepted paper must register and present at the conference
