Society of Automotive Engineers, Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology, chapter was established in March 2004 with the collective effort of a group of students who had a strong urge to complement the theoretical knowledge imparted in the classroom, with emphasis on the practical aspects of engineering. With a humble beginning, the club has grown steadily to it present strength of 150 members and is one of the most active and popular technical societies in the campus. The chapter can proudly boast of having committed members.
Over the past four years, it has striven to quench the desire of its members to learn more about the ever-fascinating world of mobility engineering. It provides a platform to the students to share and increase their 'engineering' know-how through increased interaction between students at all levels, group activity, brainstorming to name a few.
Apart from improving the technical awareness, the club has also emphasized on the all around development of the students through personality development sessions, mock tests of various exams, mock paper presentations & many more. To strengthen the bonding between the students, club has also organized inter year cricket tournament.
With our coordinated effort & firm commitment, we will continue to grow for sure.

SAE India has been steadfastly working towards increasing exposure to professionals and students to the automotive industry. Apart from this it has provided them a forum to interact on various technology related issues. It has also been a monitoring body and has successfully ensured sustained and continuous development of mobility related sectors.
SAE was created with a vision to impart technical knowledge as well as aid in personality development of the students of mechanical engineering department. Some of the important activities that it carries out each year are as follows:
